• Check-in time is from 2:30 pm
• Check-out time is by 10:00 am

• A prepayment is required for all reservations to secure your reservation. The prepayment of 30% of the total price must be made 48 hours after your reservation.

• Upon arrival, the payment of 70% of the total price must be made in cash.

• The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 48 hours after reservation.

WiFi is available in the apartments and is free of charge.

• Parking
Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

• Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Accessibility by elevator and staircase

The outdoor swimming pool is located on third floor. The pool is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and are accessible by using a key. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The apartment is located in a quiet building. On the neighbor you can find many shops as Super Market, Bakery, Sweet house, Cafe, and Fast foods
